Water Bottle Refill Station Map
Have you ever needed to refill your reusable water bottle, but didn’t know where the closest refill station was located? Problem solved! Thanks to Adam Levine, GIS Manager, and the GIS student interns we were able to create a map of the water bottle refill stations on campus.
Creating this map was a part of the initiative to show our incoming students what "Red is Green" is all about during Orientation. Thanks to the help of Advisement and Transition, each incoming student received a reusable water bottle with a QR code linking to the map. The Sustainability Office is hoping to utilize this to showcase the infrastructure on campus that makes refilling a reusable water bottle easy and convenient.
Battery Collection in Residence Halls
Dead battery? No problem!
If you are an on-campus resident, disposing of a used battery just got easier. Go to the laundry room of your Residence Hall to find the designated container.
Live off campus? Go to the Cortland County Recycling Center (137 1/2 S Pendleton Street
Cortland, NY 13045) to dispose of them for free!
