Introduction to a mindful reset in nature. An opportunity to slow down and connect to our senses in a quiet and peaceful outdoor setting. This mindfulness centered workshop will allow the group to become curious and more aware of our natural surroundings. 10 spaces available.
This workshop is limited to 10 participants. Participation will be based on the first 10 individuals who submit a completed registration.
All participants must register by April 18th and are required to complete and upload the waivers to their workshop registration forms.
