Clinical and cultural experience in Sri Lanka
In the winter of 2026, undergraduate and graduate Communication Disorders and Sciences students will have the chance to study abroad in Sri Lanka. Undergraduate students will have observation opportunities at a multidisciplinary clinic. Graduate students will gain hands-on work experience assessing and working with individuals with communication needs.
Throughout the program, students will be immersed in the rich cultural and historical heritage of Sri Lanka. They will visit Galle Fort, the historical city of Kandy and the Temple of the Tooth. The program also includes cultural events and guided tours.
