If a department wishes to centrally collect the exam requests using their own process and submit it to the Registrar's Office, may they?
Yes. Department staff and chairs can use the online scheduling tool as well. If your department would prefer to collect exam requests and review them, you may still do so.
Otherwise, faculty will make a request directly and the department can review the request and approve/deny as needed or required. The department will still maintain oversight of the process, as required by the policies of the College.
If a chair would like to opt out of the online form, please contact the Student Registration and Records Office. Faculty members will be directed to contact the department office when making a request.
