Hang Up to Hang Out

Hang Up to Hang Out

Put your phone away (either in your bag, pocket, backpack) and look inside the boxes in Neubig Hall for phone-free activities during Neubig Nites.

Each box has a different game or activity. Instructions are both inside written and a QR code to scan a video. Once you are done, please put the materials back in the box so someone else can enjoy it.

Neubig Nites are Sunday through Thursday from 4-9 p.m.

What are the benefits?

Phones can cause increased stress and anxiety, sleep disruption, decreased attention span, poor posture, reduced physical activities and more, aside from limiting your social interactions in person. Use the activities in the boxes in Neubig during Neubig Nites to strengthen your connections with friends or significant others.
